Registration
Meeting registration forms are available as Word document or in PDF format below. These must be printed out and mailed, along with a check or money order payable to "University of British Columbia". Early registration ($275 Canadian per person; $225 for students) ends May 31st, after which registration will increase to $325 ($275 for students).
